Hi, Please try charging your device from a different power outlet if it's not turning on. Please double check that you're operating the device in the correct temperature's as well. If the previous information does not allow the device to turn on again, please attempt to hold down the power button for 10 seconds before releasing to attempt to get the power back on. Thank you.

The variants of panasonic strada differ in what languages they offer. As you have inspected the manaul for this one and found no way to change the language, I can only refer you to the customer support option which includes chat. I have inspected another variant's manual which does include instructions to change the audio. I suspect the absence of such in your manual is suggestive the feature is not available.
