Bushnell GeoX GPS golf watch not acquiring golf courses in the search mode

I'm not sure. One might try a "reset". Or, there might have been a problem syncing the watch with the database and you can try the syncing process again. Or, there might be a problem with the updating process. Each of these possibilities must be eliminated. To do so, you have to employ the process for each in turn. https://bushnell.igolf.com/ https://www.bushnellgolf.com/support/choose-device-and-legacy-product-manuals#choose-gps https://www.bushnellgolf.com/contact/

My Bushnell GPS watch cannot locate golf courses. How do I fix this?

Unless there is a watch internal fault, a common problem is not being able to see the necessary satellites. This commonly occurs when there are obstructions between the watch and where it looks for the satellites. If it still has a problem when you are out in an area open to all horizons, then it will probably need repairing or replacing. You could also try resetting the watch and reloading the courses (see the Bushnell site).

Bushnell neo ion golf gps watch . cannot find serial number to register for updates ?

Hello, B J - Instructions for registering your watch start on page 20 of the watch instructions (see the PDF document, Adobe Acrobat Reader software needed - free): https://www.bushnellgolf.com/content/non_product/support/NeoPlus-GPSWatch-Manual.pdf Apparently, the watch serial number is printed on the watch packaging. You may not have kept that. Or, you may not have purchased the watch from an authorized dealer. If you find you need the watch serial number to register your purchased watch, it may be located inside the watch battery compartment. NOTE: The instructions for your model watch state the following: WARNING Do not attempt to open the Neo+ Watch. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced with incorrect type. •Do not attempt to open, disassemble or service the internal battery. The battery must be replaced by a qualified technician. Visit a jewelry store and ask one of the store employees to open the watch back and look in the battery compartment for a number. Best wishes.

Does anyone know how to open the casing on the bushnell neo gps.

Try to download the service manual to your device from net. Usually these manuals won't get publically due to some security reasons. Anyway, just try to get it by search.

When i first set up my new Bushnell Backtrack G2, the north direction had set-up about 50 degrees East. I took batteries out and reset, still same. Similar incorrect direction toward Marked locations.

You may have to enter the magnetic deviation in degrees for your part of the world so the accuracy will be maintained.
