Hi, I have the companion 3 series comp. speakers, i have no sound out of the L side speaker. Switch the speakers around and still have the problem, what do i do?

Hi there , and happy new year ... The Cables are usualy Colour Coded , so try plug the Green Color coded Wire into the Green Jack Socket ...make sure it isnt connected to the Microphone socket.. Hope this Helps Bud Have a Great Year: )
Hi, This could just be a sign that your Speaker system is wearing out , and done its due...Also have you had any Power Failures or surge's Lately , if so then it could of damaged the Speakers aswell.. Hope you come right bud Happy new year
I had the same problem for many months. I asked a sound & video professional and he suggested I move the subwoofer away from any power source. I had the subwoofer next to my UPS. Once separated and moved all wiring away from the power supply (about 12") the low bass hum was practically gone.
The speakers seem to be muted by default - you'll see that the LED is yellow/amber. Tap the control pod - the LED will turn green and speakers will work. I felt like such an idiot after I spent almost an hour trying to figure this out. (This feature should be more prominent in the manual.)
