Pull off the front panel, be carefull there is a ribbon attached. Detach the ribbon. There are 2 ribbons attached to the front panel, one that leads to the IR (remote sensor) and other for the controls on the top of the unit.

Most likely the ribbon that goes to the IR sensor detached itself, this is common if the unit is dropped etc. Insert the ribbons (2) re-attach the front panel and the remote should work fine. You'll notice some tape on the IR ribbon, I suggest using some stronger tape, BOSE tape thats not very good.

This happened to me on my 3-2-1 GS II system and fixed it.

I have 2 Bose Soundlink 3 units and have never had that happen. must be a fault.

It sounds like you hav blown a fuse. Hopefully just a fuse, connecting a 110 to a 240 will hurt. Most equipment survives short term high voltage but sometimes it just can't take it. if it's not the fuse then it's very likely damaged the power supply which will require the expert help of a technician.. good luck ! Ps the 321 is a very nice bit of kit..

My bose321 are showing unsupported

I'm not familiar with the Bose 321 but in most cases, you must go into the settings menu and activate the HDMI output on the DVD player in the video settings. I don't know why manufacturers do this, but it's common and frustrating. Give it a try... Also, make sure your TV settings are correct.... AND your input source is set to HDMI in, not AV or Composite. You can do that on the TV remote control. I hope this helps!

I had the same problem listed; send an email to BOSE tech support - they sent me a DVD with a bios upgrade and it fixed the problem. They should put the BIOS upgrade on their website so you could burn your own DVD rather than waiting for the mail. But it did fix the problem. Netflix disks were the worst; they must do something when they burn them to get that forced Ad to play that Bose doesn't like.

Probably a belt drive gone bad inside. It can be replaced. Take it to your authorized Bose repair shop.
