There is a reset known as a 30/30/30 reset. Hold reset with power on for
30secs, unplug power while still holding reset for 30 secs, plug power
in while holding reset for 30 seconds more and release, wait 30 secs or
more for reboot. This should put it back to factory defaults regardless
of brand. Set your IP manually on the PC to be 192.168.0.2 Open your
web browser and type in the IP address of the router (192.168.0.1 by default). Enter the username (admin) and password (blank by default), and then click Ok or Log In

I specified that I couldn't access that IP
Yes I understand, but I believe you attempted to access it using a wireless computer that's why it wont work. If you are able to access the Internet through wired connection it means that the wired connection is OK. But have you tried typing 192.168.0.1 on a wired computer that is able to get online?
Thank you1
I'm sorry when you say you plug it in directly you mean you bypass the router? I need clarification on this one. Thank you!
Yes, I mean bypass the router.
OK. Try this please. Do a hard reset push the reset button for a minute make sure all the lights on the router are off while you are pressing the reset pinhole. Release the button and let the router reboot for 1 minute. If the status light is still not lit. Unplug the power cord wait for 30 secs and plug it back in.
Thank you
What do you mean make sure the lights are off, you mean i should unplug the router?
No, when you press the reset pin hole all the lights should shut off. When you release it after 1 minute lights should start turning on again but you have to wait for 1 minute before accessing the configuration page.
Thank you!
Hi,
If the lights wont response at all when you press the reset button, your router is totally busted. At least try to follow the instructions I gave you. I worked for D-Link as for 2 years before as a technical support. This would be the last thing we normally try. If it doesn't work we process replacement if it's still in warranty. Since we process replacement it's an indication that is a mechanical problem on the router.
Thank you!

Yeah I mentioned in my original post that pressing the reset button wasn't doing anything. I think my router may just be completely screwed up.
