If in the control panel don't show any places or any door, change the switches on the front cover area and the switches of the fuser area. If the problem continuos check the laser area.

ERROR MESSAGE: COVER IS OPEN AS SHOWN. CLOSE COVER. IT IS SHOWING IN THE PICTURE A VIEW ON THE RIGHT SIDE BOTTOM TRAY.

Hello!
Make sure that all off the covers and doors are properly closed.
If you are sure that everything is closed you probably have a faulty switch or a broken gate in the bottom tray.
See you!

Ricoh SPC400DN Getting frequent "Press A

It sounds as if it is not picking up the paper from the tray. It might need new feed rollers. Another thing to check is the lift arms on both sides of the tray. Make sure the springs are still attached to them. There is also a little switch on the left side front of the tray that adjusts the bottom plate pressure. You can try adjusting that to see if it helps.

It very easy...:) if you have a drum in hand.
Open the front cover. Lift one big green handle. Untainted 2 big black screws and open the drum cover. There you will see four groups of drum+development unit. Pull out the needed drum and pull in the new one. Then close all covers and that's all
