The problem is usually that the dash cluster itself is failing. You can try rebooting it... disconnect the car battery, leave it disconnected for 30 minutes, than reconnect. If that doesn't work, than you need to find a company that repairs that kind of thing.
I assume the fan is working, as you are complaining just about hot air. If the engine reaches its normal temperature, ensure that the tap for the heater radiator is opening.
