This alarm state is a CH08 alarm. Which indicates that the indoor unit fan motor has a locked rotor. Solution is to check the indoor fan capacitor and replace or test the windings of the indoor fan motor. Note: the indoor fan motor is a BLDC fan motor and can not be replaced with any other motor. It runs of a voltage regulated frequency.

hello, i also find this problem in my bluestar ac then i callled authorized service man . then he did these steps :-1> Replace the sensore ( you will find inside the ac wich will be red or brown in color)2> then check wheather the wire is in good condition or not means is it working or not.3> then clean the outdoor unit filters and coils,4> and check the proper supply of electricity..

The unit is designed to run the indoor fanmotors continuously when in cooling mode on both indoor units (evaporators). The reason is that this circulates the air and the temperature thermistor or sensor is able to sense return air temperature and in turn start or stop the outdoor unit and compressor as required according to the setpoint temperature. The reason for either unit not reaching setpoint temperature can be a couple of reasons. A) Incorrect design - the unit may be too small for the application. You can calculate this roughly at 650BTU per square meter of room in a relatively warm ambient climate. Or secondly B) The outdoor unit has leaked and is short of refrigerant. You can check this when the outdoor unit is running by feeling the thicker copper tube on the right hand side of the unit. This should be cool to cold. If no temperature difference is felt, it is short of refrigerant. Hope this helps you. Goodbye

The F8 Fault means that the Temp sensor in the indoor unit that goes into the cooling coil is faulty.

You can check LG's website on Air Conditioners that they manufacture at: http://www.lg.com/us/air-conditioners. you may be able to find a number where you can call them for further support. But I would check that website first. Do you know the Model/Serial Number of your unit? This is usually located on a metal piece attached to your unit. Having the correct Model/Serial Number of your product will help narrow your search for manuals to your question.

C7-Split compressor over current. Check condenser. If full of dust, clean it. Check rpm of fan motor. If less rpm replace capacitor.

i had this problem it was freezing up outside it was only a short pipe run so it was over gassed i took some out and it was fine

You have to try resetting the system. First turn the breaker off for the condenser and wait about 20 seconds. After you turn it back on the system should reset Air Conditioning Coral Springs

find an air conditioner service shop in your area as there are non caustic products available to use to clean the fins on the evaporator and condenser places that sell compressors , driers, evaporators condensers to the air con trade will be the best place to go to I use a product called viper E+ enzyme power which you spray into the fins of the units and it actively cleans for hours it is a non rinsing cleaner made by refrigeration technologies part no rt350g site www.refrigtech.com not cheap but very effective
