The only 50A fuse I see in my schematic is for the rear window defogger relay

Testimonial: "Thanks! I will keep an eye on it when using the rear window defogger. "

Where is the fuse to the horn located on a 1999 town and country van

I had a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan in '99. The same van with fewer bells and whistles than yours. It's been a while but if it isn't under the dash in the fuse block on the driver's side, it is in the rectangular black fuse block with the snap off lid under the hood on the driver's side. Good luck.

I have a 2004 Pacifica Chrysler How can you tell how the fuses are blown up under the hood in the fuse box

You can physically look at them. It is pretty obvious when one is blown. You can also use a test light to check the fuses while they are in the fuse block. There are little metal test points in the top of the fuses. The test light should light up on both sides of the fuses.

Horn does not sound when locking car with remote

Will the horn sound when you press on the horn button? Sometimes fuses, or relays in the electrical system fail. If no horn sounds when you want it too, check the under hood fuse block, or interior fuse panel. Normally on the back cover of these two places identifies which fuse or relay works what. Check horn fuse to see if it's blown first, than have the relay tested. Just basic info, but it's where I would start.
