I'm not sure what you operating system is but I'd suggest you go to your Control Panel and look for Touch pad and look at the settings there, If there's no Touchpad listed have a look in the Mouse settings.

How to turn on the touch pad for a esprimo mobile V5535

You should be able to unlock the touchpad by pressing the Fn button and while holding it down press the F6 button once and release both.
If this doesn't work go to Control Panel and Device Manager and check that the drivers are installed and the device enabled.
If these don't work you probably need to re-install the drivers.

Touch pad scroll is not working

The reason why your cursor is jumping all over the screen is because you are touching it by mistake with your thumb or hand somehow. You can turn the sensitivity down ans set two finger scroll (and other options) for your touchpad - go to control panel > mouse > device settings >

If you do not have device settings, you need to download the official drivers and software to enable all features. The driver you have is probably the default win 8 generic one. Let me know the model number of your laptop and I can help.

When get to my home screen my cursor wont move when I move my finger on the mouse pad.

I'm assuming that you are using a laptop. If so, then look around for a button that locks out your touch pad from being recognized. Some laptops have the Touch pad "On\Off" button just above the touch pad. Other laptops will require you to do a key-combination to turn the touch pad On or Off. To do this typically requires you to press the FN or Function key while pressing one of the keys between F1 - F12. There should be a symbol\icon of a different color on whichever key it is that will give you an idea of what that key's function is. Every laptop is setup and arrange slightly different.

When typing on hp netbook, the cursor moves around to another part of the sentence, deletes what i've typed...any thoughts on fixing this?

You need to disable the tapping while typing option in your touch pad because your thumb sometimes touches the touch pad which is causing it to move around to another part of the sentence.

Cursor on my keypad jumps around

If your cursor moves erratically on the screen (for example, if it jumps around the screen, moves at varying speeds, or selects items on its own), perform the following steps:

1. Clean the surface of the touchpad with a dry, soft cloth to remove grease, sweat, moisture, or other liquids.

2. Adjust the sensitivity of the touch pad:.

a. Click the Start button and click Control Panel.

b. Click Printers and Other Hardware.

c. Click Mouse.

d. When the Mouse Properties window appears, click the Pointer Options tab.

e. Under Select a pointer speed:, click to move the slider bar closer to Slow.

f. Click OK.

g. Check to see if the touch pad still behaves erratically.

3. If the touchpad still caused the cursor to behave erratically, attach an external mouse to your computer and restart your computer. Use the external mouse to see if your cursor still moves erratically.

4. After connecting an external mouse, uninstall the touchpad driver from the Device manager listed under the "mice and other pointing devices" category and restart the Computer.

5. Download the Touchpad driver compatible to the Operating System installed on the Computer from the manufacturer's site and install it after restarting the Computer.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!!
