I don't think that model came with a blu-ray drive. I would look at the side of the drive and make sure it specifically says Blu-Ray on it......unless you get a blu-ray drive as a special option, I doubt your laptop has one. Thus, it would not be able to play blu-ray disks.

Most likely your laptop came with build in 3g modem . Which means you can connect to the internet true the sim card . This shoud be the same as yours.

make sure the microphone is correctly instaled including drivers then in control panel under sound tab there should be a option to test the mic otherwise a small app such as skype allows you to test and record voicerecordings

7. To close the command prompt, enter the following text: exit

If you removed a hard drive before using these steps, replace the drive. If the error occurs again, make sure the additional hard drive is not set as an active drive. Only the main bootable drive should be set as active.
