    Could you detail exactly what you did? Because I tried it and the Update Driver option did not take this Vista x64 driver for 3117 as a replacement for 3116.

I need a driver for the Window 7 64 bit for Phaser 3115
I don't believe this product is supported in Windows 7. I was able to find information for this product on the Fuji Xerox - Hong Kong website:

Drivers are available for Windows NT 4.0, Me, 98, 95 and 2000.

Sorry this does not help; you might consider contacting the company directly to express your need for an updated driver.

Unfortunately, Xerox doesn't yet offer Windows 7 support for your device. However, they announced a release of the Windows 7 driver until June 2010.
Still, you can try installing the Windows Server 2008 driver:
