TruTech TT320 problem with the picture

My Trutech TT320 DVD works just fine. I've had it for over 2 years and it's never given me a problem...until now! I went to play a movie and instead of color, it was in black and white. I checked the menu and made sure it was color. I checked the plug-ins on both the DVD and the TV. I can't seem to pinpoint the problem. I even tried to call the 1-800 in my owners booklet but i can't get to anyone. Can someone please help?

My trutech tt320 dvd player isn't responding to anything. the blue light indicates that it is on, however, the tv recieves no signal from the dvd player. is there anything i can do to fix this, or is it...

I had the same problem. I took it apart and found a blown capacitor on the power board. It was a 10v 1000Uf high temp. capacitor. I replaced it with a new one and the dvd player worked fine. The capacitor can be ordered for a couple bucks and replace easily if you know how to solder.
