That is the PIP (picture in picture) setting, on the TV's remote control. locate the button marked PIP and press the button, it should clear the little box.

Hi Bob, You probably have disturbed the "picture size" setting. There will be a key PS on the remote control. Please use it to choose the correct size of picture you need.

It says that Target did not put up the appropriate notification on these TVs about them being only analog. You will need a converter box for this TV.

Many units will self adjust the image size, but the size of the image you will see depends on what size it was originally recorded in. You can change it in the settings of the TV but most likely it will not go bigger if it was shot smaller.

Check and replace damaged component/s at it main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. There is no installation disc; like for the computers to other devices. Its firmware has been set at the factory, during manufacture.

From what I can tell, this TV is much the same as other TV's. There is no programming necessary. What difficulty are you having with the TV?
