Building a wooden floor

If by “building a wooden floor “you mean putting down hardwood flooring, my biggest advice is to invest in a $50 laser measure from Lowe’s home improvement. There are just too many mistakes that you can make with a tape.
Also look up on the web about making a spline, in order to reverse the direction of the tongue & groove of the flooring. I cost myself a lot of time and money not knowing about those.

Could I "stack" a front

i would not recommend stacking one machine directly on top of another. there are various issues with weight, and movement due to vibration.
what you can do is built a solid "workbench" that you can fit one machine under, and then put the other machine on top of the "bench"
personally i would overbuild the bench, using 2" by 1" wood for the frame, braced and bolted to the wall for stability, and use a 1"thick worktop forv the top of the unit. on the top surface, i would also put a 3/8" wooden beading strip about 1/2" fron the outside edges of the worktop to stop the machine moving with vibration and falling off.
i have done this a number of times when space is limited, although i find it much easier to put tehr dryer on the top as it is the lightest of the 2 units.

hope this helps

When i open the game i have massge error during Bable initialistion

Instructions
Things You'll Need:

* Electrical tape
* Wooden dowel
* String

1. Place a strip of electrical tape over the latch of the dryer. If your dryer loads from the front, simply locate the latch and place a strip of electrical tape over it. This will stop the door from "catching."
2. Put a wooden dowel on the base of your top loading dryer and prop open the top, the same way you open the hood of your car. This will keep the dryer door open quite easily.
3. Tie a piece of string to the knob on the dryer door. Then tie the other end of the string to something else sturdy in your laundry room. Make sure the string is taut. This will also keep your dryer door open.

I just bought a Kenmore front load clothes washer and will have it delivered in a week. I did not buy the base that raises the washer to a more comfortable height. I was thinking of building a sturdy...

A friend of mine built an 18 inch high wooden base to raise his wife's washer & dryer because of her bad back, and he had no trouble with it. Speaking as a carpenter, I would make sure that your base is designed strong enough to hold the weight of both machines plus the water that will be in the washer. Use 3/4 inch plywood for the top of the base, with a 2x4 frame underneath. If it will be sitting directly on a cement floor, use treated lumber to avoid wood rot.

My Frigidaire washer shakes horrible and vibrates the whole house. It is level on the floor what could be the issue?

You don't specify if you own a top load washer or a front load. I'm sure that the noise is present when the machine goes into spin cycle. One thing that you might try is to put the machine on neophene pads. You can find these at most hardware stores and if your machine is on a wooden floor, it can really help, especially if it's a top loader. Neophene is a great sound insulator.

What do you advise I put under my washer and dryer? I need to slide them out service but I don't want the leveling legs to scratch the tile floor which is limestone and scratches easily.

I put a piece of 1/4" plywood in front of the legs, stand on the plywood and lift the front legs onto the wood. Slide the machine forward until the back legs hit the wood and tip it up on the back and on to the wood. Cart it away from there if that is necessary.
