Re: paper jam error nothing appears to be in there.
Kept messing with the printer. Took some of it apart. Changed out cartridge. Still found no jam. Turned it on and off multiple times.
Finally it worked. Prayer is all I know that worked.

1. Check for a paper jam. 2. Turn the printer upside down to ensure nothing is inside (small) jamming the feed. 3. Use a flashlight to make sure there are no small pieces of paper in the way, preventing the paper from feeding.
Please NEVER turn upside down machines like thit one. Lots of shits can happened!!!!
When you open left cover you will have to find paper sensors (little black pawls) and try to shake it a little(maybe someone is stacked). And please keep looking for piece of paper somewhere(look in all paper trays too)

Hi, To fix this kind of error, remove the ink cartridge and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it.Check if anything comes out.If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of card stock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there. Open up the printer and clean the insides with a soft cloth and a brush. That should remove all the bits of paper inside. The teeth on the roller sides may have some dirt stuck on them which does not allow the rollers to roll freely and hence is as bad as paper jam. The idea is that the rollers do not roll whether because of paper or some dirt on the roller teeth. They have to be cleaned. Thank you !!
lift your printer up then put it in an upside down position then shake your printer from left to right for about a couple of mins. see if there's any foreign object stuck inside the printer. After that put the printer back to it's normal position then plug the power cable in turn on the printer and check if you still have the error.
Usually it's because something has fallen down the back where the paper goes. One person on here turned her printer upside down and shook it and a Bic pen fell out. I got one last week with a wood screw inside. sometimes I find push pins, candy or jewelry. If nothing comes out try looking inside with a light and small mirror.
First off, NEVER EVER turn a componant upside down and shake it. Second, open the printer up and search for any additional paper. A lot of time a paper jam isn't just one sheet, especially if you have a faster printer. I would also try using some rubber rejuvinator on the printer so that it picks the paper up better so it goes through the printing cycle better.
possible solution - I had a similar printer that had small stones that fell into the paper slot at the back and jammed the mechanism. a shelf behind the printer had these little rocks and a child dropped them into the printer. I had to take it all apart, but it worked after that
