Locked by another aoolication (web cam) please advise

there is a problem with web cam drivers. if you want i can fix it online.

Hi Friend, As you have mentioned that you are not able to see the Web cam on the system. I would like you to please try and check if the drivers for the webcam are installed on the system, if, the drivers are not there then you might have received the webcam disc at the time of buying the system. So, run the disc and install the drivers for the same
Also I would like to tell you to please check if you get any error messages while opening the web cam application

Do u mean your web cam doesn't even get recognized or it doesn't work properly? Like what message you are getting when you try to access your web cam through your application.If it says no web cam detected,then make sure you have installed the proper drivers for your web cam model.

You may uninstall the web cam driver from the Device Manager then restart the Computer. After restarting the Computer, please reinstall the web cam driver. You may locate the Web cam driver under the Imaging Devices category in the Device Manager. If the issue persists then you may perform System Restore to restore the system files to the time when the web cam worked normally.

Try using a program called SplitCam. Simple program that acts as an interface between webcam and other applications. Often solves the issues like you are facing.

Please advise me to install the web cam bearing no. VFO230 as i donot have the cd for installing the same

Re isntall the driver and use this program to reapri ur registry :
