I work for a company that scans physical files so the paper has hole punches in it. Well when we scan the paper though the scanner it reads the holes as writing on the second side of the paper even though there is no words on the page. We don't want the blank paper in our system when we are going back to look at the files. Do you know how to fix the scanner so that it will delete the blank pages that have hole punches on them? Thanks for your help.
The KV-S3065C scanner driver has features to help with this:
Of course, the software you are using will determine how/if you have access to these features.
The Hole Removal is great, but it really looks for perfect round holes. Blank Page detection is also great; it may take a little tweaking, to get the results you are looking for, but once set it save a lot of time.
Make sure you have the latest drivers: http://panasonic.co.jp/pcc/products/en/scanner/downl_e.htm
