The computer has sent a A4 size document to the printer and the printer is asking you to put a A4 size piece of paper in the bypass tray so it can print it. It may be an email A4 size that someone has sent you or check the settings in Microsoft Word print or page setup to see if it is set for Letter size, not A4 size.

There is a sensor that is either knocked out of position or broken. It is not that difficult to take apart if you are a bit handy. First remove the covers and then remove the top cover.

I am trying to use the workio 2330 to print labels and can not get it to manual feed.

I gather that you are trying to feed through the bypass tray? if so does it feed normal A4 paper?.If it feeds normal paper then it sounds as if the feed tyre is slipping and requires cleaning.I would suggest that it is cleaned anyway and also check that there is no obstructions in the feed path.

All these driver are available from Panasonic. Best to dowload direct from the manuafacturer. I have verified that the Vista driver is listed there.
