change any one of the IP adress to one group..i.e.,change 192.168.2.20(address of Printer) to 192.168.1 to 99 or the the other way round..that would solve your problem...

This is a fuser warm up error. First check the thermistor if it is dirty clean it, check lamp & thermal fuse. Changing the thermistor &/or thermal fuse usually fixes this issue!
