In the manual it will tell you how to reset the drum counter on Page 190 (DP-C265 manual). Reset all the different counters and that will likely clear the problem. A lot of sites want you to buy new drums at $170 a crack. I have reset mine 3 times already and still have perfect printing over 100,000 copies later.

Your Panasonic dp-c requires a new magenta coloured drum. Mel Page

open the front door, remove the waste container & replace the drum with a UHN30 color drum then reinsert the waste container & close front door...machine will cycle & adjust itself

open the front door, remove the waste container & replace the cyan drum with a new UHN30 color drum (these drums work for all the colors on this)

Did you make a repair or replace the fuser and need to reset the code?; Because if you didn't fix the problem, you'll still get the same low fuser temperature error code. Press <function>, <original size (ledger)>, <3> to enter service mode, go to F9-05-04 (RAM Initialize, fuser reset, power off/on) If the E4-01 error code returns you have a defective thermistor/thermostat.

Could be a bad hard drive. remove back panal and unplug hard drive.

You need to remove and reinsert the drum cartridge. Instructions on how to reinsert the drum cartridge can be found on page 10 of the operating instructions found at http://shop.panasonic.com/resources/content/UCM_STG_CNT_039795.pdf

The drum unit must be nearing the end. You will need to replace it soon. Check the page count and check for howmany pages the drum is rated for. If the pagecount has reached the rated count, then its ok, if you are far from the rated limit, you will have to check with the supplier for possible refund.
