A rx error is a error in reception on the fax!!Tx is a sending error!!It can be on the side that sends you the fax and not on your side!!

I suppose your recovery disks could be bad. You can get another set from Toshiba. I'm also concerned about the health of the hard drive. Did you need to run recovery because the system crashed, because it may not have been an operating sysem crash but rather a hard drive crash. the automatic print head alignment will not

pull the ink cartage back out to see if a clear film is not on the cartage??? Check the area by cleaning the ink cartage with rubbing alchole, and also the area that the ink cartage goes into. Use a cotton ball the clean these area with.

The print head is the carriage that holds the ink cartridges and has tiny nozzles on the bottom that spray the ink on your paper. The nozzles have to be aimed (aligned) either automatically, or in WinXP with the following manual process:
