Printer says add paper still not loading paper

This is because settings on your printer is set to a specific paper quality and size but you are loading the wrong type of paper in the tray. Match the settings with the type of paper you have and your problem is solved!

I am sure your paper release lever is in single sheet position in which case the printer pulls back the continuous pater to allow you to add single sheets. Check and comment.

The light means that the printer is out of media, or the media did not feed properly

What you can do

-Load media into tray and press Continue button to resume printing.

-Check that the media is loaded correctly in tray

-Press Cancel button to cancel the print job.

You may want to try inserting less paper to free up some tray space. Insert about 5 sheets and see if that works. Sometimes too much paper may cause the printer to load incorrectly.

what i might do is to remove that application using control panel, add and remove software. uninstall the printer software disconnect printer from pc, reboot/restart, go to printers in control panel remove all printers listed, then make sure you have right software for your printer. shut down this time.reconnect printer cable and boot back up. reinstall the soft ware with printer on.

The problem is software rather than mechanical operation. Uninstall the printer driver from the Add/Remove section of the Control Panel. Pull out the USB port and replace it back. This will prompt you pc to install the driver of the newly found hardware. Reinstall the printer driver. Should your printer be observed to have the usual problem, replace both cartridges with a one. "Loading paper" problem feedback is the same prompt as what you get when cartridges are old or refilled with unauthentic ink.

(Basically, the paper is loaded into the top-back of the device. There should be a paper support attachment for the loaded paper to rest against.)

i have the same problem no matter how many times i load paper it still says out of paper
