From the information you have provided your Electrolux range is displaying an error code of "F23". "F23" stands for communication failure between the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) and ESEC (Electronic Surface Element Control) I would attempt to perform a reset on your range and you could do that by disconnecting the power from the range for ten minutes.
