According to the service manual, E11 stands for shorted keypad.This can be caused by holding down a key for a short period of time. Here's what it is and what you can do.Please refer to the image for your reference. If the error code appears again after trying this maybe it could be an issue with your EOC ( Electric Oven Control). There is a sensor that detects the rails being in their slot, the switch allows the cleaning cycle to initiate. The temps of the cleaning cycle are too high for the racks and rails. I was surprised to find this. Since then, acquired alien technology has enabled engineers to develop high temp rails/ racks, or lower cleaning temps. It seems the newer ovens have fewer rail / self clean faults.
