Did u ever find out.mine is doing the same.ive searched everywhere and can't find an answer

Test with a different pan that you know for sure is working on induction. Some pans will fail working after awhile..beat me if i understand why. Normally, as far as i know induction cooking machines require IRON pans. Pure inox it DOESN'T work.

Only a couple things would cause this First if it is to tight in the opening. Next is there was a small crack on the edge somewhere and when it heated up or the slightest vibration expanded it similar to a small chip in a windshield that grows over time.This could easily happen during installation if not being very careful.
