How do i fix the paper jamming which happen in my copier machine ricoh 2027at the second,third fourth drawer?

you must have a stuck sensor. Check sensors. paper end sensor, registration sensor and paper exit sensor.

this is not a thought I am 100% sure and give you the correct solution:
problem with the paper feeding section is dusty or due to developer drooping
1. Open the developer unit and check the rear side developer unit bush one or two bush are faulty
and drop the developer.
2. remove all paper trays with remove the four each screws
3. Remove the toner collection bottle
4. Remove the right side cover.
5. Remove paper left roller plate.(show in the picture)
6. Now remove the first tray paper feeding section(is a complete unit included paper feed rollers motor and clutch and gear section)
7. Clean the drooped developer from all gears and roller and motor section
8. remove the second and third tray paper feeding section and doing the same.
9. now fix it all
10. replace developer unit bush witch are faulty or if you don't have yet cut a plastic sheet and past the upper side of first paper feeding unit gears witch are don't disturb the paper path and stop the developer drooping on the gear

41.3 - points to a miss match in the paper tray.
First -
Pull out your paper trays, take the paper out and confirm the guide in the back is set to the correct position. (The little mechanism on the tray which allows you to use different paper types, example letter to A4).

Second -
The other which may have happened it the paper handling was mis-configured on the machine:
- Press the Menu Button on the machine.
- Using the + and - button go to the Printing Menu.
- Select Paper confirm that the paper size is correct for the trays within the machine.
Third -
- Depending on the document you are attempting to print make sure the document type is either adjusted to the type of paper your using or to load the correct paper into the machine. I seen where people send you a legal document and your attempting to print it on letter.
Fourth -
It could be a driver related issue, 98% of the time this is not the case. If all fails above, then attempt this.

Lastly it could be a driver related issue, however if more than 1 person uses it don't count on it.

most of this add toner problem came from the toner hopper, this need to be checked by a technician to fix the four plastic mylars to see to it that they are attached and properly scrapped the toner. next is the B4 fist do you set or is the right paper size is set on the drawers? what is the jam code so we can see if were is the fault of the machine?

The paper sensor may be having some issues

Make sure the paper that is in the drawer matches the orientation and size indicated on thje Op Panel Display, If NOT, MAKE IT MATCH.

Open ALL paper jam locations on the machine. The jam code only means the paper jam is somewhere BEYOND the paper drawer. Check ALL jam locations including duplexer, bypass, and ALL paper drawers.

To clarify LT and LT-R are both 8 1/2" x 11", most models of Toshiba will ask what size paper are in the drawer when they are open and shut,. if you have LT paper (landscape) in a drawer, but tell the machine it is LT-R (portrait) when it tries to feed it will jam because it "senses" you are missing 2 1/2" of paper. So make sure your settings are correct, in my experience this is 90% of the jamming issues on Toshibas. Rotate sort uses both drawers to interleave the LT & LT-R into "stacks" so they must be opposite directions but corresponding to correct direction (portrait, landscape)

not sure if you are talking about two papers jammed in different locations or at different times?

first thing would be to clean the tires that pick up the paper, if too smooth then replace. sounds like a timing issue.paper getting stuck halfway in the fuser c(if no other paper jammed) can be Seperation is off causing the paper to rise onto the drum creating a time lapse, paper tansport belt (in the machine after the drum) is not turning ok, or as simple as wrong size paper Letter in machine but says Legal 8 1/2 x 14

In most cases where the machine says there is a jam, and there is no paper in the paper path, it's because the paper never got out of the paper drawer and didn't reach the 1st jam sensor. If you can open the machine and it resets, then chances are the paper feed roller is either slipping or in some cases not turning at all. If you can't clear the jam by turning off the machine, and back on, then you have a bad jam setect sensor or perhaps a small piece of paper lodged on the jam sensor. This will take some additional troubleshooting on your part. Need to know if the jam indicator goes away when you restart the machine. Let me know and I'll try to guide you from that point.
