"The purge cam stops
abnormally when it is in

The purge cam is part of the built in maintenance unit that cleans the printhead and purges air from the ink supply lines.
As this is a hardware error, it cannot be "cleared". Something is physically wrong with the purge cam/maintenance unit such as a broken part or a foreign object has fallen in to the maintenance unit such that the purge cam can no longer revolve.
Even accessing the maintanmce unit takes a lot of effort and skill, and if a new maintence unit is required this will be very expensive and require very good DIY skills to perform. In all proablity, if you contact Brother to get the printer repaired, they will charge you more than the cost of buying a new printer.

First uninstall old driver and software from computer then reinstall driver from new downlaod.

i just bought a Brother MFC-495CW printer
and for the life of me cannot get wireless to connect even though i have setup everything correctly as far as i know. Any help would be appreciated.
