How do I troubleshoot a freshly refilled HP 564 XL cartridge that the Photosmart 7510 printer no longer recognizes, advising me that there is a "cartridge problem". It worked fine prior to refilling.

I realize that an auto fix may in the works again after a few days. But why is this happening in the first place especially when Costco Photo resets the chip.
