If the laptop was opened up, (ALL power removed -> AC adapter and battery; PLUS -> anti-static precautions taken!), and the laptop has a power on switch, (under the power on button), that plugs into the motherboard; you can unplug the switch, and touch the motherboard contacts to try to turn the laptop on. (Sorry about the run-on sentence) Jump a wire or similar, across the contacts, and see if the laptop turns on. Could try to be more specific, and detailed, if you had listed more info about the Fujitsu Lifebook. Such as it's Series number and Model Number. Example: Fujitsu Lifebook E8210. In this example E is the Series number, and 8210 is the Model Number. Post back in a Comment.

Excellent guidance!
My Notebook model was S 7220 and I've succesful start the device. Unfortunately, after starting, no screen and also warming up in minutes to high temp. Which may point to a defect Cooler or defect or the temp. sensor. I will post my Laptop to a Notebook Service to see I can save it. Thank you for your kind support!
