Here is my advice : Just go to www.microsoft.com and download internet explorer again and install it , then reboot your system . I'm sure that this will solve the problem . any way , why don't you try other internet communication softwares like ( firefox or google chrome) those both are great also . I advice you to have more than one internet communication software . I already have three just in case if one of them is corrupted . I have ( Internet explorer and firefox and google chrome ) . just try the idea and you'll be satisfied with the result .

Have you tried, clearing Caches and Cookies? If not, download this utility and follow the instructions :
Click here to download Ccleaner

After it's downloaded, install it by clicking the downloaded setup file, {click next >next..... and finish, don't configure anything}. Open the program, click "Run Cleaner" (Close any opened Browsers/webpage(s) - Internet Explorer or Firefox). During the cleaner running process, if you are asked with a warning, just proceed forward by clicking "yes" or "Ok".

You may need to run the "Run Cleaner" a couple of times to make sure everything's cleared.
Now open "Control Panel", locate "Internet Options", open it, and click "Delete" under "Browser History" section and select the options (circled):


Then click "Delete" and "Ok". Now open the internet explorer and open the website which was showing the error.

You can call the provider and ask them directly if they have an Ad-Free solution. Alternatively, depending on the carrier, you can use a mail program like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird. (Thunderbird is a good FREE alternative.) Secondly, you may have some kind of browser hijacker or adware installed. Software like this will cause pop ups and in-browser advertisements on nearly every page you visit. Without being able to take a look at your system directly it is impossible to know if that is the case. I recommend that you go through the installed programs on your machine and anything you do not recognize, run a "What is..." search on your favorite search engine. You can also run various adware removal tools to try to help. Malwarebytes works pretty well and is free.Good luck!
