Please check internal print first if not ok than check developer Assembly First, magnet roller surface is balance i mean doctor blade is working properly toner layer is balance if not clean the developer cylinder and if layer is balance check the LD unit

Check the photointerrupters and optical sensors

Odds are is that the finishers exit bins got stuck while looking for it's HP. Most of the time it is a garbage can.... Move the object blocking the path of the exit trays first. Then turn the power switch for the finisher off first then turn the main power switch on the right side of the copier. Once it is all off > turn the finisher back ON first then the copier and then remove the paper jams.... Good Luck

The paper jammed on fixing unit area. Probably the pressure roller is worn-out causing the paper to stick on it rather than sliding the paper out. Remove the fixing unit so that you can remove the paper. Removing the fixing unit needs a lot of skills, I recommend you call the nearest service center for assistance.
