Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that your Frigidaire dishwasher, model# FDBB4365FC0, will not drain. I also see that you do not have a manual. Try these troubleshooting tips below.

1)If your appliance is hooked up to a garbage disposal, make sure the disposal is empty.

2)Make sure the knockout plug has been removed from inside the garbage disposal.

3)Check to see if the drain hose is kinked.

4)Make sure the cycle is complete and not in pause.

I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your dishwasher status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

    -Best Regards-

Water leaking from bottom front, ice in bottom of freezer

Your drain line form the evaporator is clogged. Locate the drain under the back and use a wet/dry vacuum to unclogged drain. The drain line can be also blocked by excessive ice buildup from incomplete defrosting. Remove frozen foods and open door to freezer section and remove power and manually defrost unit. Once ice is stopped melting try vacuuming the drain line again. Sometime drain line gets clogged with debris such as garden peas, corn, wrapping and the like. Once drain line is cleared the water and ice on the freezer bottom should stop forming.
Hope this helps

Can't unclog stubborn bathtub drain

find a local hardware store or depot with a plumbing department and get a drain auger, it is a long wire with a spring around it that ends in a few hooks you can use to manually remove the clog if chemical clog removers do not work.

We need to know where the main drain is located on our unit or how to access it so it can be opened and cleaned. It stopped up and the secondary overflow line running to the outside of the eve worked...

Unfortunately, if you're elderly and sick, you'll need to get the serviceman back to unclog it for you. As it will require crawling on your hands and knees, to access the main drain and then running an auger or high pressure air into the main drain line to unclog it. Not something, under the circumstances, I think you would want to undertake.

Sorry you're having the problem.

The unit is not cooling well. Coils have been cleaned, but unit is dripping. Can Freon be added?

I am thinking that the drain might be clogged, if you unclog the drain it should cool better

LEAKS WATER ON TOP SHELF OF UNIT

You most likely have a stopped up drain in the freezer. When the freezer goes into defrost, the water drains out and down the back of the unit. Into a pan located on top of or close to the compressor. You will need to unclog the drain.

How do I unclog defrost drain on a model TBX18W?

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

Don’t have a manual for my Kirby - trying to turn on the blower to unclog a drain but can't figure out how.

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. The best way to get a Kirby owner’s manual is to call the Kirby Factory and they should have older copies or @ least they can photocopy an older owner’s manual for you @ the address that I will provide for you. I believe that there is a special cuff with a hose attached in order to do the unclog of the drain. I personally have not seen this done but I know the exhaust / blower port on the Kirby serves as a blower. You may look for that hose cuff for that feature. Or , check with your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.
