Settings Key > Administrator settings > Enter 5 digit pin > Operation Settings > Display Language Settings.

If you have already tried a new toner cartridge, try another one. Ensure you are using an approved toner cartridge for your model machine. Your toner supplier should have all the required information to provide you with the correct toner. 6. Set the adjustment value.

7. Press the # key to set.

To go out of SP mode

1. Push the key on the operation panel below .Exit. one time or more, until you

are back at the initial copy screen.

2. Switch the main power switch off, then switch it on again.
NOTE: You must do this to enable the SP values that you input.

Did you try to clean beneath the copy glass?
On digital machines, when the copy glass or optics are dirty, copy becomes verry light.

How many copies do you have? pres 123 button.
It also could be that you need to change the toner station, by the book it goes 300000 copies.
But I bet on dirty copy glass and dirty scanner assy.Clean the glass with glass cleaner and polish it with dry cloth.
