how can I reset one copy Gestetner DSM 730 if screnn touch does not afiche we do not even know the code up above.

What is the brand? If it is a Ricoh/Gestetner product, the SC321 is a bad Laser Diode unit. Quite expensive but also obsolete.

If it won't connect then about all you can try is a hard reset. That will force it to reload all of the applications and reset it back to factory default condition. You would loose any waypoints and routes etc that you haven't saved but it should work just fine after that.

SC544 indicates low fuser temperature during the warm up process. This means you have a problem with the fusing unit heating up. The fusing unit is located right where the paper exits the machine. Most common failure on these Ricoh's (Your Gestetner 3225 is made by Ricoh model aficio 250) is the fuser thermistor. This is a small electronic part that measures the temperature of the fusing roller. When they go bad they do not "see" the heat and therefor the code pops up. You are going to need to have a tech look at this for you as you will need to determine for sure which part is bad then you have to go into the service mode to reset this SC code before the machine will run.

Press the hard reset button on the left one time. It is small pin-hole button. You will lose all stored info and the GPS should go back to factory default.

Its very simple to reset the time just follow the steps given bellow.

---> Click on USER SETTINGS.
---> Click on TIME ZONE.

So when you click on the time zone you can rest time.......

Ax060267,This is the part number of the polygon mirror motor , it is worn out , your machine propably makes a high reving noise aswell when it starts to print , you can go to your nearest rico or gestetner outlet and get a new motor , it sits right in the middle of the machine , sometomes it helps to remove the motor and oil it with a very thin oil , but in mostcases it is beond repair .
