There are a few things you should check: make sure there is good airflow around the printer. Put the printer in a cool area. (It shouldn't be in a closet or a cubby of a desk. It also shouldn't be directly next to another heat source or full sunlight.)

Otherwise, the cool down mode is used to avoid damaging the fuser of the printer. Print fewer pages at a time. Wait between print jobs. Set the Print Quality to Draft as often as possible. High-quality printing will make the printer over-heat more often. Printing to narrow paper will cause the over-heating more often as the heat isn't spread evenly across the printer.

Did you have the printer powered off before you installed the belt? If not the fuse has blown and the message will be on until you replace the belt again.

This indicates an issue with either the transfer belt or the sensors that monitor it. Does the transfer belt turn freely if you turn it by hand using the gear on the side? Do not touch the belt surface.

It is telling you that a used cartridge is installed so that you know that the toner tracking system cannot guarantee exact remaining toner indications. The used cartridge message is not generated by a non-HP cartridge, Non HP cartridge will generate a different error.

Recommended action

1. Close the door.
   

2. Use the right-door switch (SP15) test in the manual sensor test to verify that the switch is properly functioning. If the switch fails the test, replace the switch.
   

3. Check the sensor flag on the right door assembly. If it is damaged, replace the door assembly.
   

4. If the product has been recently serviced:
   

   1. Check the connector (J708) on the 24V interlock switch and the connector (J181) on the DC controller PCA.
      

   2. Reseat the formater board and retest.
      

   3. Reseat the ICB and retest.
      

Its is trick..If its more then two pages print, printer grabs second page even first page in duplex unit., here its confusion. Check with simplex single print, see any paper mismatch error? or printer throwing paper in output bin after successful print?. No.. check fuser out sensor or paper out roller.
Print only two pages matter in duplex, check where paper struck? if paper our roller not grabbing paper back properly in time (slipping while grabbing back) gets jam error.
Always ensure that select proper paper size in printer.Other than this it may major issue, need technical knowledge..& possibilities are less to judge the exact problem..
