The scanner is a small mirror that rotates at high speed, allowing the laser beam to scan, hence the laser whining.

If you are printing online then you cannot print this document. Because this document is in flash. If you wana print this document then you can use print screen option from pc then you can print exact thing that you want.

On your computer you go into control panel then printers, right click on your printer and select properties. Select printing preferences and go thru the tabs and you'll find mirror image and select it by clicking in the box or circle. Remember to go back and turn it off or all will print in mirror.

You have to download the driver and the software. It is the software which will allow you to all sorts of things with the scanned image or document.

From the menu on the left, select software and driver download.
Choose your operating system.

Have you updated the firmware ?

That works as the Driver and application( End user is using) settings.
This can be done from software not hardware.

laser unit mirror is dirty clean it than solve it
