Hp1200 error codes
when all light is on printer has a fatal error ( Problem with scanner section or Fuser section)
Secondary error pls tell me is it blinking
My Hp 1200 laser printer makes a high pitched squealing noise and I have to pull the plug out to stop it.
The fuser is the part of the printer that heats the toner to the paper. turn the printer around and open the back cover. You should see a long black bar with green clips on either side to release a paper jam. There may also be rollers in there. Make sure there is no debris in the fuser, and that those clips are in the functioning position (usually down). If the fuser is removable, which I don't think it is in this model, take it out and then reinstall it. Then give it a shot. Usually though high pitched squeal is a toner cartridge thing. If you are using reman cartridges try a new (actual hp) cartridge from office depot or staples.
