Documents was not sent to HP Laserjet 1020 printer

Check connection cable first, eventually try a replacement.

Reinstalling drivers usually fix this problem.

Reinstall drivers with printer connection cable unplugger, either using driver CD or download from the link below.

Check if your printer used as a default printer; or online..

goto your
>programs>printer and faxes>
right click the printer icon..
and then select used as a default printer..
as also select used this printer online..

of the problem still persist .

i suggest to uninstall the current printer driver and restart your computer... and then install printer again..
