I have a canon imagerunner 330s copy machine. I'm getting uneven horizontal lines across my paper. It would seem that a roller needs cleaning, but I have run the roller cleaning option several times and it doesn't seem to do anything. Have you got any suggestions?

Obstructed copy

Typically when labels come off the paper, the get stuck on the Fuser (the heating rollers just as the paper exits the machine) Open up the printer and turn the round hand that you would clear a jam with, and look on the roller to see if they are stuck there.

They are also known to get stuck in the paper tray or pickup assembly. Follow the paper path through the machine and you will find them.

Good Luck

I have a canon 4570 imagerunner, the problem i am facing is when i am printing a copy 2(sometimes 3) horizontal lines appears on the print.please sugest. Thank You

If the lines repeat in a regular fashion, with a consistent distance from each other, you need to replace the imaging drum. I would take a print out with the horizontal lines on it, then fold the paper up until two of the lines overlap each other; this will tell you the general diameter of the drum and give you an idea of what to look for inside the machine.

The copier copies but the paper stays in the machine

sounds like to me the fixing assempbly needs to be worked on. there could be a broken drive gear in the fixing assembly that is not turning the fuser rollers properly and is causing the copier to jam

Uneven copy quality- Canon Copier

If the toner isnt burned on paper it means that you have to change fixing roller bushings and fixing roller.
Because you have uneven pressure between fixing and press roller

Canon Imagerunner 330S toner replacement

Unlike most toners, this one snaps on the top and the toner is transfered into a holding tank so you don't actually remove anything from the machine.

Canon imagerunner 3300 line on page

if you are using the feeder then there is something on the thin glass and it needs to be cleaned. if you are using the platen glass and the line is still there then you need a new drum.
