Changed the main batteries but Calc will not come on after I pushed the reset button and the power on button?
I took the EL-9300 apart to look for cold solder joints on the battery terminals. Found no bad connections. Make sure you remove all retaining screws.
Cleaned the pc board under the reset button. Cleaned the board under the slide switch that is actuated by the metal battery hold down clip. When you go to turn on the calculator install the hold down clip because it makes a connection to the pc board.
When I pushed the "On" button I got a down arrow. Push the "Reset" button when you get the down arrow. Various menus came up and I managed to reset the calculator.

First press the reset button then when the display says "RESET OK ?" press the CAPS button then the button marked "2nd" (bottom left hand corner) then press Enter. Display will then say "BUSY". Reset is then complete.

There's no reset button. But TI calculators have an annoying habit of dimming the screen when the batteries are changed so that it appears as if the calculator isn't turning on. Turn the calculator on (or at least press the ON key). Press and release the 2ND key. Press and hold the Up-arrow key for a few seconds and see whether the screen becomes legible.
If that doesn't work, remove all four AAA batteries. Press and hold the ON key for ten seconds. Replace the batteries and turn the calculator on. (You may have to adjust the screen as described above.)
If that doesn't work, please append a comment to this post and we'll go on from there.
