DVD drives region settings can be changed to view DVDs from different region, but on the 4th change the DVD player will lock on the 4th region change.
The DVD player can be made region free by upgrading the firmware, if it is available, but if you make a mistake the the DVD player will be a piece of junk.

You should take it to an authorized technical center. It look's like an protective mode. Maybe some electr?nico component inside it's broken...

It is very easy to do. You just follow these steps and that's it. * Go to settings * Go to the Privacy * Now you will see an option "Factory Data Reset" (Click on it) * Then Click on "Erase Everything" after that, your device will reboot itself and it will perform an operation which will reset your data from the factory.
