How to I forward incoming calls on my phone to a cell phone 3?

I need to know the code to foward incoming calls to my cell phone number.

Call forward, off-premise is available on the NEC Electra Professional phone system if you have the Level II system (metal cabinet, not plastic) and you have system software level 700 (7.00) or higher. To get your system software level, press <FNC> - 3 from any display telephone when idle. The procedure to forward is (with phone idle): press <FNC> - dial 60, dial trunk access code (usually - 9), dial telephone number, press <FNC>. Additionally, your station class must be set to allow this feature (by default it is not allowed) and you may need trunk-to-trunk capability turned on in system programming (which is also, by default, not allowed). Just touch on the message which you want to forward after 2 to 3 seconds, you will get a option to lock the message, call the number and forward. then select the foward option and the select the people whom you want to foward it from your contacts..

I have a direct phone # coming into AVAYA Definity Switch. I do not have any display options. The phone is a 6408D+. I need to know how to forward incoming calls to a cell #.
It looks like you want to turn on Call Forwarding. If you don't have a call forward button programmed/labeled, then you need to know the FAC (Feature Access Code) to manually turn the feature on. If you don't have the FAC codes, then you need to log into the Avaya Definity to get them. You can find get excellent remote Aaya support @ http://www.avayaurgentsupport.com/ for only $3 a minute.

To foward (and un-foward) calls you press feature 11 your extension number and where you want to foward it to. So if you were canceling it on your extension which we'll say is 12 for example then you would press feature 11 12 12.

Can I set up an extension to automatically transfer any calls received to a different extension using the T7316E?
You can transfer any incomming calls to another extension using call forward. On the set you wish to foward, either press your foward key or enter feature 4 the display should ask for an extension to send the calls to, enter receiving extension. Press your foward button or feature #4 to cancel fowarding.

Call fowarding to cell phone
from the merlin phone pick up the phone for a dial tone then hit *33 and it will say "forward to:" then dial 9 + 1 + area code + phone number.

To undo the forwarding follow same procedure but when it says "forward to:" enter your merlin extension number.

Call forwarding for NorStar m7310
You have to know how to get into programming, and it depends on the type of telephone lines you have... if you have regular analog lines, on a out bound call transfer there is going to be line degragation. Meaning that the outgoing call is not going to be of the best quality.

Secondly, you have to see how many telephone lines you have, if you have 3 analog trunks, with a call forwarding to a cell phone, you will be using up 2 lines... 1 incoming and 1 outgoing to your cell. This leaves 1 trunk for incoming or outgoing callers.

Fowarding the Phones
The Prostar 816 wasn't capable of an external transfer of lines so its my guess that your using call forwarding through centrex to accomplish the job. i.e. *72 dial the number you wish to transfer to wait for an answer and hang up. *73 would be the disable code for call forward but is done by the line that originated the call. The only way i could see around that is to have ultra call forwarding on the line so it can be established and terminated remotely.
