SOURCE: my gogear raga philips mp3 player - how do i know

Hello,

Next site shows the support site for all available RaGa players in the UK:
http://www.support.philips.com/support/search/search.jsp?fetchWhatData=CountryCategoryData&_dyncharset=UTF-8&userLanguage=en&userCountry=gb&searchValue=raga

When the player is bought in the UK, select your player from the list to get the matching support.
When having the RaGa player in another country, select yours in the page top on the right and enter the word raga in the bar next to [Find now]. Next choose the exact model number.
Look for the Quick Start Guide how to connect and charge the player.
e.g. Quick Start Guide for RaGa player SA1982 on page 6.

To register see the Register your product phrase in the page top of the support site: on the page showing up you can create an account.

I hope this gives all the information you are looking for.

SOURCE: My Philips GoGear Raga 2GB

The fault could be the earphone, check the earphone in a different device/player, if the fault still appears the the earphone is faulty, probably a broken wire in the cord.
If the earphone is OK then the earphone socket in the MP3 player is faulty. If may be too expensive to repair, unless you can DIY.

SOURCE: dont no how to put songs on philips gogear raga

Google search for free mp3 music files and download them to your computer. Then connect the USB cable that came with your player, connect it to your player and then plug it into the USB port on your computer. The computer will see the player as an external storage device, then copy the mp3 music files to your player.
You can convert your CDs for free and copy them to your MP3 player. Please click on this link and follow my instructions :-

On my Gogear Raga 2GB I can't make a playlist. (SA2RGA02). With WMP I can synchronise the music, but there's no playlist on the device. All the music is stored in different folders on the Raga and not in...

Sync all the songs you want onto the raga via 'songbird'.
Stay connected, then go to windows explorer, identify your device. Then in 'Music', make folders for your playlists. Manually transfer (drop and drag) your songs to the required folder/playlist.
When using the raga use the 'folder' option. Works as playlists.
