How do I unfreeze my mp3 player

Manually breaking the power connection should resolve the issue. This is what I did when my GoGear VIBE 4GB froze up:Carefully peel up the UPC code strip on back of player. (There is a tiny screw underneath it)Carefully remove screw. (The snap notches are 'L' shaped inside the edges of the case).Gently slide/pry open the backside of the case, taking care NOT to break the snap notches.Open case, REMOVE BATTERY, THEN PUT IT BACK IN.Close case, restart/turn on player.

Hi, Today a friend tried to put some music from

Good Day Pledieux!

Better check the data cable that you use to connect your device to your car and PC.

You can try wiggling the plug connector on your mp3 and also the other end connector of the cable that connects with your car and PC. Once it works for a few seconds by wiggling it, then it means you have an open wire on data cable. You will need to replace it.

How do you put music

I'm glad to provide the instructions to copy music files to the player. You can use the supplied SongBird Software or Windows Explorer to transfer music files from Computer to the Player.

When using Windows Explorer, the player will display as an extra drive under My Computer. You can open the drive which represents the player and copy the required audio files to the music folder in the player.

Thanks for understanding. Please let me know if you require further assistance/clarifications.
