Have you tried reinstalling the software? There is business support, virtual chat and contact details on their T1700 page. It is a business machine, very expensive, their support should look after you. We aren't them, we just have an HP category.
Line sensor calibration has must to do if Line Sensor is disassembled or replaced.
In the Service Calibrations submenu, scroll to "Line Sensor Calibration" and press Enter.

When you perform a color calibration on an HP designjet you must use a certain paper. HP bond plotter paper should be one of them. If you are not concerned about perfect color calibration you can lie to the printer and tell it you installed the paper it wants. If it cannot detect that this paper is not exactly what it is looking for it will perform the color calibration. Just keep in mind that it might not be exact or may fail.
it seems there r some air in ur ink tube *** inser the priming heads & done the priming & reinstall the print heads if problem not resolved replace the carridge assembly,,,,,,,,,
