You have to run the application program to start the display. Look in the program list for the application program. Click Start/Programs and look for any reference to camera or webcam. Also look inside the manufacturer folders in the program list. Sometimes the webcam will be inside one of them. Some manufacturers use something like Entertainment Experience. If you see something like that click it and it will show the icons of all entertainment type media. Click the webcam or camera.

You can always download Manycam and install it. Go towww.google.com and in the search box type: "download.cnet.com"(without the quotes). Click on the link to go to the site. When thesite opens look down on the left and you will see a gray area that says FindSoftware. Type "Manycam" (without the quotes) in the whitesearch area then hit the search mirror. When it brings back your resultslook for the one that says ManyCam Virtual Webcam. Down load it andinstall it. Make sure you remove the check box on any junky programs itwould like to install. You only want to install ManyCam, no additionswhatsoever during the install. ManyCam is totally FREE and easy to use,and you will always know where your webcam software is.

How do you turn off video and go back to picture mode?

Press the shooting mode button on the top of the camera to display the shooting-mode selection menu. Choose the option to enter easy auto mode and hit the OK button. That should do it.

How to install easy camera for lenovo G450

Glad to help YOU!

Once you got the Easy Camera from Lenovo it's for sure that you got also a CD that contains the drivers and a free software called Ulead Photo Explorer.
To install the driver and to activate the camera just do like this:
# insert the CD
# choose SETUP
# click on "I AGREE" and "ACCEPT" wherever some conditions will appear
# read carefully every note that appears during the installation procedure
# the installation of Ulead software is optional but it's helpful - a picture organizer and editor.
# plug via USB your camera whenever it is asked to
# you're done!

My best wishes!

The camera displays in japanise , would like to set to english

Should be easy to fix. You need to go into setup, and the fourth option from the top is language. Assuming you have English loaded as an option, you should be able to navigate to it using the up and down keys.

Note that in all languages, the options are the same underneath (its the menu thats translated only, not the underlying functions).

Manual refers to it on page 14 (& 92), with diagrams.

Here's the usermanual (in English):

I dont have the software this web camera i need softwares

If you are using windows operating system it should be fairly easy. google the product name + driver. for example logitech quickcam chat+driver. Another option is to try websites like
http://www.driver.com/
once you have downloaded the driver, disconnect the webcam (assuming it is a usb one) install the driver and reconnect the webcam. should work.

Troubleshooting connection problems to the camera - Windows

Occasionally Windows computers will lose connection to the camera; this is usually caused by a problem with the computer not loading the correct camera driver. To correct this: Connect the camera to the computer, and turn the camera on. Right click on My Computer (on the desktop) and select "Properties" Click the "Hardware" tab (Windows 2000 and Windows XP, Windows 98 click "Device Manager" tab) Click the Device Manager Look for the following: Unknown Device Other Devices Digital Camera USB Device Double click on one of the above items (which really is the camera, just not properly being recognized). Click the "Driver" tab Click the button marked "Reinstall Driver" or "Update Driver" The "Update Driver Wizard" will appear Choose the "Display a list" (or similar) option Choose the last option "Do not search, I will choose the driver to install." Update the driver that the camera is using by choosing from the list displayed or clicking "Have Disk" and browse to either a disk or a downloaded directory. The latest version of the drivers as well as the entire Nikon View program can be downloaded from the Nikon Technical Support web site. http://www.nikontechusa.com/ Click on your camera model and then "Software Downloads". These downloadable drivers are only needed for Windows 98 users, or Coolpix 880/990, all other OS's use the operating systems built-in camera drivers. In many cases simply reinstalling the proper driver for the camera will allow the computer to properly communicate with the camera.
