We have a Norstar T7316E and we were trying to change how many rings before the answering service kicked in and now all calls go directly to the answering and not ring through. any suggestions

I have a Norstar 7310 and somehow all of the buttons act as the RLS button. you can pick up the headset and get the dial tone, but when you go to dial a number or Intercom button it will end the call
