Without having the programming manual on hand for this switch I have to generalize from other switches. Double check your auto forward settings within your hunt groups. It sounds like you have auto forward set wrong. If you have the voice mail set to engage on the 4th ring try changing that to engage on the 6th ring with the forward within a hunt group to forward to next available on the 3rd ring, see if that helps.

You are probably inadvertantly did a busy station signal to sta 24 and are still queued up to it. Call 24 AND have them ANSWER to clear it. You may have to do it multiple time as most systems will allow 8 stations in the queue

Does it light up?
Does the speakerphone work?
Have you swapped the cords and handsets?

If you have no messages in your mailbox then someone has accidentally sent you a message from their phone set. You can usaully clear this by using the options in the display to delete all messages or try these feature codes

The Feature button is the gray button that looks like it has a globe on it located under the display.

Press Feature #65
or Feature #1

On Windows 7, click Start -> Control Panel, and then "View network status and tasks. On Windows 10, you may type "Network and Sharing Center" on the Cortana search box. On a Mac or Linux machine, you may open a Terminal session and enter the ifconfig command to find your private IP address.

Try swapping them with phones that are working. Make sure they are not in DND as well.
