The printer probably is going into "power-saving" mode after several minutes of non-usage. Then, it must "warm-up" for 90 seconds, in order to print the page. Reconfigure the printer to stay "active" for a longer time, like 30 minutes, before entering "power-save" mode.

COBOL is not a good language to try to use for this type of application.

Well the error code F010 means main board (system DIMM board) checksum error. Turn the power switch off/on to restart the printer.If the error is not resolved then you need to replace the main board. try replacing fuser

some files may be corrupt: Best is try to reinstall printer software with original drivers to ensure that correct files are installed.

Try shaking gently the toner cartrige!!! This may help mix the toner which may be stuck together especially if the printer is not used often enough or stored in a place that is not as specified (humidity, ventilation, etc...).

Check if you have not reached the specified limit of printed pages for service of the cartrige and or the drum!!!
